With over two decades in the industry, Steven is a very experienced mortgage & protection adviser. He created White Mortgages in 2011 and has built a thriving business, based upon providing the highest standard of service.
Compliance Manager
With over 40 years in the industry, Mark has a wealth of experience and, although an knowledgeable mortgage & protection adviser, he’s primarily looked after our regulatory compliance since joining us in 2017.
Protection Adviser
Jonny has been working locally within the industry for almost 30 years, most recently within an Estate Agency. He joined the team as an adviser in July 2022 and has also brought with him a wide range of experience from across the property sector.
Administrator
Kirsty joined White Mortgages in November 2021, having been within a customer facing role for years previously. As part of our Admin Team, Kirsty helps ensure your application progresses smoothly, chasing up solicitors and Lenders where necessary.

Lizzie is an experienced mortgage administrator who joined the White Mortgages team in September 2022. Having been working within the mortgage sector for almost 20 years, Lizzie uses her vast knowledge to help speed up the application process.

James joined as our newest recruit in 2025, having graduated from the University of Leicester with a BA in Business & Management.

Robert has a range of experience within the financial services sector. He started within the wider Wealth Management area, before joining White Mortgages in 2013 and focussing upon mortgages, protection, & later life advisory
Mortgage Adviser
Tom has worked within the property sector since 2006, joining the White Mortgages Team in May 2022 as an adviser. His wider experience within property sales gives him a unique insight, which he uses to help his clients when negotiating a purchase price for them.
Customer Relationship Manager
Ruth has been with White Mortgages Ltd since 2012 and has been in the industry for over 20 years. A qualified mortgage adviser with a real desire to help our clients, Ruth now works closely with the advisers and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Michaela is also a qualified mortgage adviser, who joined White Mortgages in 2025. Michaela uses her knowledge and experience to support the advisers and help our clients along the journey – either with buying a home, remortgaging or buying as an investment. Read more ...
