The role.

 

We are seeking applications from fully qualified CeMAP (or equivalent) Mortgage Advisers, with the experience, drive and determination to champion our core values.   

 

We will not be considering applications from candidates who cannot demonstrate both experience within the role and / or the appropriate qualifications.

 

Our adviser team are fundamental to the success of our business and, as part of that team, you will be required to:

 

• Gather detailed information from both new and existing clients, face to face and over the telephone

 

• Provide advice in relation to a range of regulated and non-regulated products

 

• Produce and distribute documentation to support the advice process

 

• Oversee each application to completion and engage proactively with our administration team

 

• Ensure all files meet our strict quality standards

 

• Update our client management systems

 

• Update our clients and key stakeholders regularly throughout the process

 

• Respond to queries from our clients; this is always done in a timely and professional manner

 

• Build strong and lasting relationships with our clients and key stakeholders, by exceeding their expectations, at every opportunity  

 

• Act with integrity at all times.

You.

 

The successful applicant will have:

 

• CeMAP or an equivalent qualification

 

• experience in a similar role

 

• exceptional customer service skills

 

• high expectations of themselves and the service they provide

 

• excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing

 

• an organised approach with a keen eye for detail

 

• the ability to prioritise and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment

 

• the ability to problem solve independently.

 

The package.

 

• A permanent, full time employed position, based in our Lincoln office, with free onsite parking

 

• Some flexibility with hours / days, if required, and no weekend working

 

• A very competitive basic salary (dependent upon proven experience and ability)

 

• Uncapped earnings with attractive performance related pay

 

• Attainable OTE of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, and beyond

 

• Full support from our talented administration team so that you can focus on delivering the best very client outcomes

 

• 28 days holiday per year rising with service
