About Us

White Mortgages Ltd was formed in 2011 by Steven White, who was later joined by his brother Rob White. Their combined years of industry experience has led to White Mortgages Ltd becoming a thriving business in the heart of Lincoln.

What makes White Mortgages the company that it is?

Here at White Mortgages Ltd our philosophy is to treat clients fairly and to build excellent relationships with them, this is why so many of our clients return to us year after year. We always put the client’s best interests at the heart of everything that we do, by offering clear, transparent advice and a whole of market service to ensure that you, our clients, benefit from the most competitive deals the market has to offer.

Why use a local, independent mortgage adviser?

The benefits of using a local, independent mortgage adviser are two-fold. In the first instance by using an independent mortgage adviser you are ensured a whole of market service, which means that our advisers will search the whole market in order to find you the best deal possible.

By working with a local adviser, you’re going to gain an excellent insight into the local property market. Our advisers have developed excellent working relationships with local agents so are happy to help you arrange viewings and put forward your offer.

Our commitment to you

We are committed to creating a meaningful, long-term relationship with you that is based on a deep understanding of your financial aspirations and providing quality advice and practical pathways to help you achieve your goals.

Through following the Financial Conduct Authority’s initiative ‘Treating Customers Fairly’, we are committed to providing the highest standards of service.

Who you will be in contact with?

We’re a small team here at White Mortgages Ltd, so it’s likely that you will be in contact with some of us whilst you are a client.

Our advisers are; Steven White & Robert White. They work with you throughout the process of your mortgage application and are happy to answer any questions you might have.

Our administrators are; Ruth, Sam, Rebecca, Siobhan & Beth. They will be a point of contact for you throughout the process and you’ll often receive e-mails from them requesting documents or simply checking in to see how you’re getting on. They will also work on ensuring that the mortgage process is as smooth as possible for you, so feel free to contact them with any questions.

Our Compliance Manager is Mark, and with many years in the industry, he works to ensure that we are compliant and give the best service to you, our clients. Mark is also a qualified & experienced mortgage and protection adviser so you may find yourself going through the mortgage process with him as well.

You can read more about each member of the team over on the About page of our website.

How do I get started?

Beginning the mortgage process with us is very simple. Book an appointment with one of our advisers to see what is possible for you. All we require from you is an open and honest conversation about your current financial status so that we are able to properly assess how much you can afford.

Our advisers have been in this industry for many years and deeply understand that the financial side of life can be complex, so they work hard to get to know you and your situation before providing quality advice and pathways to help you get to where you want to be.

White Mortgages Ltd are able to provide non-face to face appointments, with conference calls, so you don’t need to worry about travelling to Lincoln to meet with us.
